It is with great pleasure and anticipation that we extend this invitation to be a sponsor for our 2020 Grand Junction Renaissance Faire on April 25 & 26, 2020!

The Grand Junction Renaissance Faire, which is hosted by Juniper Ridge Community School, was established to support the arts and education in the Grand Valley and to fund continuing education and enrichment for our teachers.  Our organization fosters education through re-enactment, interaction, presentation and participation and runs on volunteers and sponsors to keep this exciting event returning and growing each year. By becoming one of our exclusive sponsors, you have the chance to reach this uniquely targeted audience and demonstrate your commitment to local events, to arts and education, and to draw these patrons to your doors as well.

This two-day event is held along the Colorado River at Watson Island Park and offers one-of-a-kind entertainment and historical education such as jousting, live action sword fighting, re-enactments, music, comedy, and so much more! Many of these acts come from all over the United States to entertain our patrons. There will also be a great deal of local talent to round out our entertainment offerings. We have invited artisans such as blacksmiths, jewelry makers, and weavers to display their wares and provide demonstrations.  Given the magnitude of this event, as well as the rising cost of production, the Grand Junction Renaissance Faire would greatly appreciate the help of your organization to bring this show to fruition.

At this time, we are seeking supports though pledges of monetary contributions, product donation, or sponsoring a specific expense. Much of the cost comes from entertainment, hotel accommodations, and marketing. There are a variety of different ways in which companies can get involved. And as we are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, your company’s sponsorship is tax deductible and a beneficial advertising opportunity.
